◆ Beware of heatstroke
Heatstroke is an illness where prolonged exposure to hot and humid environment causes heat to stay in the body. As heatstroke can involve symptoms such as dizziness, headache and nausea, you should pay careful attention.

* Tips for preventing heatstroke
- Do not go out when it is hot. If you feel unwell, move to a cool place immediately and get hydrated.
- Wearing a mask in a hot and humid place can increase a risk of heatstroke. Remove your mask when you can keep a sufficient distance from others.
- Stay hydrated at all times even if you are not thirsty. If you sweat a lot, drink something that contains salt, such as sports drink.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle. When you have a fever or feel unwell, rest at home.
