FRESC Help Desk is a telephone consultation service for non-Japanese people provided by the government. For example, if you have lost your job due to COVID-19 and are having difficulties in living, you can receive consultations in multiple languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, etc.).

You can learn about help that is available to you and what you need to do to stay resident in Japan for free of charge. If you are having problems, please call the help desk.
