◆ Prepare supplies for disasters.
In the event of a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake, the supply of electricity, gas, and water may stop and it may be difficult to obtain food. Keep supplies of food, water, and daily necessities in stockpiles at home so that you can provide for yourself in the event of a disaster.
