Stress can be triggered by a variety of events. To cope with stress and maintain your mental and physical health, practice stress management methods that work for you.

* Stress management methods (for reference)
 - Practice simple exercises, massages, and stretching during work hours.
 - When you are nervous, take a deep breath or a break and try to refresh yourself.
 - Exercise moderately in an enjoyable environment.
 - Do not rely on cigarettes or alcohol.
 - Have good communication with others.
